Yeah, as deadpoetic said, it's a rational fear, not a constant fear. There's nothing I can really do about it if it starts to happen, so there's nothing I can be compelled to do. I'll just be very relieved when, on my 25th birthday, my mind's still working the way it is now.
oops I meant such.

And...once again...a reminder that these fellows did not get here because of their intellectual prowess.....
I have ridden buses, and they have the forward-facing seats that current airliners have. Which works on long bus rides about the same it does on airlines (but more comfortably because the real estate is less valuable on a bus). So, I don't follow your comment as being a counter to my points above if that's what you meant.Maybe you meant to ask instead if I've ridden subway cars, where the seating is more comparable to the arrangement in this article. I rode those plenty when commuting in and around Boston for college for 4 years. The big difference there is that the subway trip would typically last 45 minutes, and that included two line switches (with attendant walking between lines) and waiting on the platform for the next train. But, I confess that I'm not sure I caught your meaning. Have I lucked into responding to it (even if you still disagree with me, if you do actually have a disagreement)?!

You're old.?
Consider? Someone blasting down the road, violating the speed limit in a mega ton missile should have both hands on the wheel. |

It doesn't even anger me anymore. You my friend, are a sad, sad person. I admire your stubbornness in the face of 85-90 percent of the globe telling you something is happening. I'm just wondering, if you could explain to the Digg audience why you feel that global warming is a hoax? Did you do research on it? Did you work at NASA and overheard a vast coverup being discussed? Do you work for the government and are hiding in secrecy with the truth until it goes public? Are you a scientist? So are you going to be living in the third world nations that will be affected by Global Warming, just to show us all that we're wrong? Have you already lived there? Have you looked into the eyes of the people in this world that are going to get ***** in the ass by your and people like you's incompetence and assured them that they will be okay? Have you been to Alaska, or the Antarctic, or any of the other places that have been experiencing rapid melting of ice that has been in place for thousands of years? Do you have the last millions of years of climate change on record to prove us wrong at a moments notice? Have you concluded that the increase in Polar Bear's dying due to lack of an ice shelf is a complete fallacy? I'd really be dying to see your in depth analysis. Oh wait, you have none of those things? Your just spewing vicious rhetoric because its fun and easy to do so? Right, so shut the ***** up.
