Agree. I figured that was what it was the last time I was flying. They should tell you that in these terms though. As it is now it just tells you not to use any device during take off or landing. People might be more understanding if they knew it was so you would be able to hear any notifications, alerts, etc. Some people will no doubt still be ***** though (and complain when they didn't hear they had to land in Chicago instead of New York for whatever reason).
