Lucky. I had one burst into flames hot enough to scorch freaking metal.I don't trust the damned things as far as I can throw them, but I'm addicted to lower power bills. (Srsly, saving like $25/month on my power bill. :p)I am thrilled beyond belief to see this much progress being made toward LED lightning.

“I'm was referring to the general public in regards to not wanting a desktop. Also, I have a gaming laptop as well.Asus g51 w/ gtx 260m. It actually works really well, however I wouldn't game on the go or without a good cooler. This is the one I use, and it kicks ASS.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8 ...That all being said, a laptop with a gameworthy integrated chipset shouldn't cost too much, and we are going to see an even further drop due to economy of scale.I did have an i7 system but when I got laid off I wanted to make my scope nationwide (live out of car if i had to) so I sold it and got this laptop.Yes I agree touchpads always such, I use my MS sidewinder :)That all being said, I wouldn't give this machine up, however I WOULD love to have a powerful desktop again as well.

I just happened to be out on the back deck with my dad and aunt when this thing went up. We are in Norfolk, VA (southeast VA). My dad said "LOOK!", and we were all astonished, having no idea what it was. I honestly thought a large meteor or comet was about to hit the earth. It was a pure white light with a plume behind it that looked absolutely ENORMOUS from our viewing location. Then the white light got fuzzy and disappeared, leaving a faint glowing cloud behind for a few minutes. We were all pretty freaked out at first until we found out what it was..
Here goes Bill Clinton trying to take credit for Al Gore's work.!

I wonder how much the Lego company is paying this guy. He has some impressive works. I couldn't imagine how long it took him to make one sculpture. I used to play lego when I was young and I know how long it takes to assemble something. This guy sure has a lot of patience.?

Then the question follows: why can a woman hold her purse on her lap but he couldn't hold his bag? Isn't that discrimination?

Ok so my understanding of the abstract is this. it has nothing to do with facebook in my opinion. I believe they read the patent and decided that the wording was spotty enough that a judge could be bamboozled.Carol's friend is Alice. Carol can receive certain restricted information about Bob via Alice. That's all the abstract is saying. The online service system itself receives all the information about Alice and Bob but it will only show Carol restricted information about Bob.Maybe they saw or heard about sixdegrees.com in the late nineties and patented the idea?http://web.archive.org/web/19990427013844/http://s ...I believe the features they described were done by sixdegrees.com:http://web.archive.org/web/19980521125521/sixdegre ... |
